1 large orange

2 handful of Spinach

½ cup of Coconut Water, or 1 cup crushed ice

1 tbsp Island Pineapple Sea Moss Gel

Place each ingredient into a blender and blend until smooth. You may add more coconut wat

You couldn’t get me to eat spinach as a kid. I know that I do not stand alone on this. Although Popeye the Sailor Man encouraged us daily to eat this superfood.
