Vegetarian Spaghetti

Vegetarian Spaghetti (you won't be disappointed 💓)

A healthy lifestyle Is guaranteed a thriving future. Transitioning into a pescatarian lifestyle, gets pretty difficult at times finding meals to substitute old patterns of eating habits. I came up with this delicious recipe filled with healthy veggies and a mouth full of flavor.
Ingredients:
1 box of Whole Wheat Spaghetti noodles
1 jar of Classico spicy tomato & basil, or Spaghetti sauce of your choice
½ cup of Wine Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or any red wine of your choice
2 fresh Bell Peppers
1 Whole Red Onion
1 Whole Tomato
1 Zucchini
1 Squash
1 ½ Cup of mushrooms, or as much as you desire
3 garlic cloves
¾ Cup of Cilantro
Impossible meat (Optional)
Garlic bread
Instructions:
Wash all veggies
Prep and chop all veggies to your liking.
Use a Large Pot. Add in spaghetti sauce & 1 cup of water (turn on heat for a low simmer) and cover with lid.
Use a large pan. Add Avocado or Sesame Seed oil to fully cover the pan. Once heated, add in all vegetables and season with Mrs. Dash seasoning of your choice. Cover
Sauté on medium heat for 2-3min.
Add in chopped garlic. Cover with lid (on low heat)
Check on Spaghetti sauce. Add one cup of red wine.
Add Seasoning: Garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, basil, salt and pepper. (For a lil heat and flavor add Sriracha)
Once veggies are steamed. Add them to the spaghetti sauce pot.
Boil spaghetti noodles, Till al dente Texture.
Add Spaghetti noodles to the pot, and let it simmer on low heat for 10-15min. Make Garlic bread… Enjoy!
